«CVT : VOIX PIONNIÈRE»
La Technique Vocale Complète (CVT) est une méthode pionnière pour la voix que j’ai découverte en 2006 lors d’une série de concerts aux Pays-Bas. Je jouais depuis 23 ans lorsque j’ai rencontré Cathrine Sadolin, la mère spirituelle du CVT, au Conservatoire d’Utrecht. Je ne savais pas qu’elle allait bouleverser mon monde en tant que pro de la voix.

J’ai décidé que je voulais continuer à travailler avec elle. J’ai commencé avec le programme d’un an en 2007 (à l’époque obligatoire pour être accepté dans les études intensives de 3 ans pour devenir professeur de chant). Je suis également devenu l’agent de Sadolin en Suisse (2007) et en France (2009). J’ai obtenu mon diplôme d’enseignant agréé en 2011 (voir photos). Cathrine étudiait encore elle-même à l’époque, j’ai donc reçu ma formation directement de la source.

CVT Pillars
CVT is based on anatomy and physiology, two pillars that dictate vocal behaviour. Respecting this behaviour allow the vocal cords to vibrate freely so that high notes, low notes, long phrases and, for example, singing with vocal effects (saturated voice) become easy, whilst voice fatigue and hoarseness don’t get a chance.

Philosophy
Artistic choices are your affair (my personal preferences are of no importance). My job is to provide you with a set of tools enabling you to sing/speak freely and sound the way you want.
When you solicit my services for Artist Coaching I’ll be more explicit on aesthetics, stylistic particularities, your artistic ID, the ins and outs of stage & studio work (a.o. mic technique, stage presence etc.), building resilience to stress and other preparation prior to taking the stage or studio, and will be happy to advise, coach and accompany you.
I’m used to work with a wide variety of music styles (from classical to metal) and all forms of vocal expression (theatre, film, comedy etc).
Confidentiality
It’s important that anyone – whatever status – can consult in an open and safe learning environment. Therefor I uphold absolute confidentiality in my work and won’t ever comment on whom I work with, unless explicit authorisation is given.
